As we hit the halfway point in January, many of us are doggedly determined to keep our resolutions afloat. But if you’re trying to adopt healthier habits when it comes to nutrition, it’s not necessary to take drastic measures. Plant-based meals can be confined to one day a week or one meal a day and still provide a valuable boost to your wellbeing.
