You Can Still Celebrate Mardi Gras This Meatless Monday!

Last week marked the celebration of Mardi Gras. If you’re giving up meat, you can extend the party with some excellent meatless meals starting with the first Meatless Monday of Lent!

One of the best parts of Mardi Gras is the spicy Cajun food that put New Orleans, Louisiana on the map.
