Foodopoly Author Wenonah Hauter Kicks Off U.S. Book TourIn Foodopoloy: The Battle Over the Future of Food and Farming in America, healthy-food advocate, Wenonah Hauter, writes with deep insight about the business behind meat, vegetables, grains and milk that most Americans eat every day.

In her book, the author acknowledges the success of Meatless Monday’s grassroots movement that started in 2003. Now in its tenth year, she believes the movement’s core message of reducing the consumption of saturated fats once a week for heart health is a good-for-you habit and the world is listening. Meatless Monday is now in 24 countries.
