Three Peanut Protein Recipes for Meatless Monday

We partnered with  The Natural Gourmet Institute and The Peanut Institute for a #pickpeanutprotein Instagram recipe contest featuring one of our favorite plant proteins, peanuts! The submissions were mouthwatering and it was tough to narrow the entries down to just three finalists, but we’re pretty happy with the results.
