Makes 2 servings

berrylicious_parfait_smallAs the weather gets warmer, everyone starts looking for ways to eat lighter – and yogurt parfaits can be the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. This recipe comes to us courtesy of our friends at Stonyfield Farms.

  • 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 tablespoons granola

Clean and cut the strawberries into quarters, mixing them with the blueberries. Using a tall glass, alternate layers, first beginning with yogurt, then berries, and then yogurt again. Repeat this layering until the glass is full. Top with granola.
