		<description>Firm tofu doesn&#039;t get very smooth when mixed with other ingredients with an electric mixer (blender is too messy for me).  But soft tofu does.  Either works fine in this recipe.  Any 1/2 cup of liquid will do fine (chicken broth, vegetable broth, soy milk, etc.)  Any vegetables you like will do fine, too.  With no eggs in this recipe, you can mix in whatever you like and taste it until it is what you like.  I do not bake the quiche 30 minutes.   25 minutes @ 350 degrees is all.
The more you make it, the more relaxed &amp; creative you become!</description>
