		<description>4 cups of vegetable broth is TOO MUCH!  Beware!!  It&#039;s too much even if you ensure that you&#039;ve drained all the beans and corn and chiles.  

Begin by adding approximately 3/4 cup at at time until you believe you&#039;ve reached your desired consistency.  After dropping to medium-low heat to simmer, add liquid only as necessary.  

I found my first batch of this delicious chili to be more like the consistency of a thick soup...not a hearty, dense chili.</description>

		<description>Very tasty and simple to make.  Freezes very well in tupperware, and then can be unthawed in fridge or in a saucepan when ready to eat.

Very spicy, some people might need to reduce the peppers a little bit.</description>
