		<description>Try adding some additional chilies or red pepper flakes to kick up the heat a notch. Or use some freshly grated ginger root with the onions and garlic for an exotic flare.

		<description>We had this recipe for dinner last night.  DH asked if I could pack the leftovers for his lunch all week.  Alas, I had to tell him no because there wasn&#039;t enough leftover.  This is fast, easy and DELICIOUS!  

And I don&#039;t even like chickpeas.</description>
