  1. I go meatless Monday – Sunday. Life is so much better when one is not filled with dead animals. When I went on Medicare a few years ago, a doctor asked me when I had last had a colonoscopy. I said never, and asked him what he purpose was. He explained, and when I told him I ate a Vegan diet, he said that for me, it was not necessary to have one unless there was a history of colon cancer in my family.
