		<description>I am a vegetarian and agree with this. Please mention Quinoa though. Many people do not know the benefits this can add so easily to your diet.
I eat a lot of Quinoa and Black beans. This has helped me so that I no longer have the iron difficiency concerns.</description>

I take baby spinach and sautee it in olive oil with some minced garlic, add in garbanzo beans and chopped tomatoes, and then serve over brown rice.  Delicious, cheap and easy.  To make it even tastier...cook the rice in some veggie broth.</description>
