This orange-flavored quick bread is almost fat-free and very yummy!!
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppyseeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup orange juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Spray bread pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl and stir in liquid ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour evenly into bread pan and bake for 45 minutes (toothpick should come out clean).
Let cook for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool and slice.
