Parmesan-Paprika Potatoes

(Serves 30)

Ingredients:

  • 24 potatoes
  • 3 cups low-fat parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 cup paprika
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions:
Combine cheese, flour, paprika and pepper in Ziploc. Cut each potato into wedges. Shake in bag to coat. Arrange potato wedges in pan, drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
