Makes 1 serving
A great breakfast smoothie for one.
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 frozen ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 8-oz container low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (or other berries of your choice)
- 2 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender. Whir until smooth. Drink immediately.
