Quick Start Blender Breakfast

A great breakfast smoothie for one.

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 frozen ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 8-oz container low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (or other berries of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in blender. Whir until smooth. Drink immediately.
