- 1.5 tsp ground ancho pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 small avocado, stone and husk removed
- 1 banana
- 1 cup rice, soy, or almond milk
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 scoop (about 1/3 cup) protein powder
- 1-3 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Enjoy for breakfast or as a healthy dessert.
