This recipe comes to us from our friends at the Meatless Monday movement in Croatia.
- 1 small horseradish root
- 250 ml soy crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Grate the horseradish, add the rest of the ingredients.
Allow to rest for several hours.
Serve with breaded soy medallions, seitan steaks, or other similar dishes.
