Makes 4 servings

Using a bottled dressing makes this salad a breeze to throw together.

  • 4 stalks celery, diced (leaves and all)
  • 2 crisp apples, diced (no need to peel!)
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces

Core, but don’t peel the apples. Chop coarsely and add to a salad bowl.

Dice the celery and add to the salad bowl with the apples. Add grapes.

Drizzle the celery and apples with your favorite low-fat or no-fat salad dressing then toss.

Sprinkle walnuts over the top.
