  1. I made these last night and they came out moist and delicious! I didn’t have pumpkin pie spice so I used a bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and ginger, and added some chopped pecans for a little crunch. I used my own pureed pumpkin I made from roasting our jack-o-lanterns and made traditional sized muffins. Will be making these again!!

  2. Tried these this morning. I replace the sugar with a table spoon of stevia and the eggs with flaxseed and applesauce. Yum Yum! Thanks.
